Valentine Apartments, 3724 Broadway, Kansas City, MO - Grand Re-Opening, June 9, 2010

McCormack, Baron Salazar hosted the event and a number of local public, private and not-for-profit individuals addressed the guests present.  The beautifully renovated historic structure has been well-received by the community and lease-up achieved 94% occupancy as of the date of the ceremony.

The Valentine Apartments development team has received an "Award of Merit" for the Valentine Building lighting design.  Rau Construction Company received an "Excellence in Construction" award in the Renovation category by the Associated General Contractors of America and will be featured in the May-June 2010 issue of Modern Builder.  Congratulations to all the partners that contributed to these successes!

Villas at Ridge Pointe II, 6609 State Avenue, Kansas City, KS -- fully occupied June 2010

Overland Property Group and their General Contractor, Woodco, Inc., completed the 2nd phase of the Villas at Ridge Pointe on schedule this spring and all units are now occupied.

The Villas' first phase has been so popular that a waiting list existed for Phase II before the groundbreaking and applicants were eager to receive approval to occupy their new homes quickly.

New residents have easily made themselves at home planting flowers, hanging wind chimes and birdfeeders, and taking advantage of the good weather to meet new neighbors.

We congratulate our partners at the Villas who worked hard to make this investment a success!
