This summer, the Kansas City Equity Fund welcomed Brotherhood Bank&Trust as a new investor.  We are pleased to add the Brotherhood team to the cadre of outstanding professionals that allows KCEF to further our mission to build communities.

Brotherhood Bank & Trust joins Commerce Bank, Great Southern Bank, M&I CDC, Metcalf Bank and UMB Bank in KCEF 2009 as we plan with McCormack Baron Salazar for a grand opening celebration of the historic Valentine Apartments early in 2010.  Valentine restoration is complete and lease-up has begun.  We hope you will find a reason to visit this grand building soon.

We continue to accept investors in KCEF 2009 and are looking forward to KCEF 2010, for which we have some exciting investment possibilities.
