All 14 townhomes at Jamison Housing on the Boulevard are now leased and there is also a waiting list of eager families.  A dedication was held on April 17, 2009 with dignitaries in attendance from the Jamison Temple, one of the limited partners.  Erica Dobreff and Matt Fulson, general partner, also participated.

Westside Apartments – fully occupied and sporting a new playground at the Signal Hill location!

Valentine Apartments - will be completed on schedule.  They are now accepting applications for residents.  Watch this space for a Grand Opening announcement.
