Kansas City Equity Fund Advisory Committee

The following investors have been invited to name a representative to the Fund’s Advisory Committee:

* Great Southern Bank, Ken Sanderson

* M&I Bank Community Development Corporation, Elizabeth Wright

* Metcalf Bank, Thomas D. Jackson

* National City Community Development Corporation, Reginald Smith

* The Private Bank, Paul C. Clendening

* UMB Bank, Kevin P. Vanderweide and Michael Nield

The purpose of the Committee is to advise the President on matters regarding neighborhood revitalization and affordable housing in the Kansas City Metropolitan area. The advice of the Committee will be shared, from time to time, with the Board of Directors and the Investment Committee of St. Louis Equity Fund, Inc., (SLEFI). The Investment Committee is responsible for the approval of all Project Investments by the Fund.
